  • At 71 years old living on social security, savings depleted because of rising cost, medical expenses, I may have to "Walk Away"? It cost a lot of money to maintain a home, those that own a house know what I mean. Do I fear Becoming "Homeless", you bet.

  • Bad Bob, I agree with you, what has ruined so many companies in the U.S.A. is our government, and the UAW.  And also rising prices on Gas, Food, Real Estate, Rent, Interest Rates, Health Ins.

  • Just the other day my statement from "Chase" came in the mail.  To my surprise the minimum payment was increased by $188.00 per month, plus there is a charge of $10.00 for some kind of "Transaction Fee".  This was a loan that was promotional @3.99% until the loan is paid off.  …
